In the military

The "Point Man" places himself in harm's way for the good of those he is leading. He is the first one in and the last one out.

In the business world

He is the kind of man who is not afraid to step up and put himself out there for the good of those with whom he is working.

In politics

He is the man not as interested in his image or re-election as he is the interests of those he has been elected to serve and represent.

At New Life

We men have come to realize that each of us has been assigned the ‚"Point Man"‚ position by God.

We share leadership responsibilities; and from time-to-time each of us takes the lead to serve where needed. Each of us has committed to take our roles as leaders in our homes, our fellowship, and in our communities as our highest and most important responsibility. We serve as the primary leaders in worship, group Bible studies, and community service.

The men at New Life get together to pray with and for each other. We enjoy each other's company as we work and play side-by-side. We encourage each other to continue growing as leaders. We celebrate each other's triumphs and we help to recalibrate each other's setbacks.
